  • 4 leaf Basil

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

For service

  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 Pack of Cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 cups parmesan cheese (or cheddar)
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation:

Melt the butter and add the cream on it, then stir the crushed garlic and grated Parmesan cheese into the pan.  Add the salt and spices and remove the cheese from the fire when it mellow lightly. Add a finely chopped pinch of parsley, and your pasta is ready for your alfredo sauce;)

I would like to share with you the recipe of the painful Arrabbiata that entered our lives with penne Arrabbiata. I couldn't even add that it was between my favorite pasta sauces.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion with small size
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Sauté the onions and garlic so that they are almost invisible, leaving the scent of thin finely chopped and oil.   • Several bay leaves
  • Salt, black pepper

Preparation:

Melt the butter with olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic finely chopped until slightly pink. Then add the peeled tomatoes and tomato sauce to the pan. Make sure the tomatoes are juicy.
